Faluchas on the River Nile, Egypt. Unfortunately I can't remember if this was at Aswan or Luxor. Going down-river was a real luxury and I just lay on the deck soaking up the sunshine. Going back up-river was interesting as we had to go against the current and there wasn't any wind...out came the oar! The poor chap rowing the boat was pretty tired by the end of the trip and I don't think he was too impressed with how much I paid him. Oh well! Photo taken in 1994.
