The looming presence of Licancabur volcano in the Atacama Desert, Chile. The volcano forms part of the Andes mountain range. The Atacama is the driest desert in the world and I had the opportunity to vist there in 2006. I managed to do some mountain biking here but, boy, did I get my arms sun-burnt. Wear long sleaves!
